MR. KIRUBAGARAN B A/L BASKARAN, LLB (HONS), UUM
Mr. Kirubagaran B a/l Baskaran ("Mr. Kiru") also graduated from Northern University of Malaysia in2010 and admitted to the Bar as advocate and solicitors in2011. Mr. Kiru having read as a pupil in Messrs. David Kok & Partners and practiced in Messrs. HL Lee & Co, in Messrs. Teh, Kiu & Partners and subsequently in Messrs. Zain Johnson & Associates for more than six (6) years before joining our firm as a partner in 2017.
His legal journey has taken him into few firms and allowed him to gain vast experience in both litigation and conveyancing matters.
Mr. Kiru has independently conducted and won several contested matters, ranging from hearing of summary judgment applications, striking out applications and several interlocutory applications, trial, appeal in appellate court. Mr. Kiru has wide range experience in general civil litigation and in conveyancing matters. He is also practicing criminal matters in small scale.
